CMF convened its 23rd Annual General Meeting today under the Chairmanship of Dr. Rewat Bahadur Karki.

The vision CMF is guided by and inspired to work for is “sustainable access to microfinance services for the poor”. CMF is committed to promote and strengthen microfinance services through technical assistance and training, research & study, advisory services, networking and policy advocacy. It is continuously working for the strengthen the Microfinance Industry since its establishment in 2000 AD. The AGM held today among its shareholders, both individual and institutional, and guests.

Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ganesh Bista welcomed the distinguished guests and members to the AGM and highlighted the services of CMF.

The meeting chaired by Dr. Rewat Bahadur Karki, Chairperson of the Governing Board of CMF who presented a report on the progress and financial statements, issues/ challenges faced by the Microfinance Industry as well as CMF future strategies.

The speakers of the CMF 23rd AGM highlighted the issues, and challenges of the Microfinance Sector and they provided their genuine feedback to CMF to improve its services to strengthen the Industry.
