18th AGM of CMF Nepal held on 4 Jan 2019 (20th Poush 2075)
CMF Nepal organized its 18th AGM on 4 January 2019 (20th Poush 2075)
The 18thAnnual General Meeting of the Centre for Microfinance was held on 4th January 2019 (20thPoush 2075) in which Executive Chair Shree Jalan Kumar Sharma presented on behalf of the Board of Directors the organization’s Annual Report to its shareholders. In his report, the Executive Chair highlighted the achievements made by the organization and its proposed strategic directions in the context of the evolving challenges and opportunities for the microfinance industry.
Besides approving the Annual Report, AGM also approved the Auditor’s Report for the fiscal year 2074/75 and nominated Auditor for the fiscal year 2075/76.
Board Member Shree Tulsi Uprety offered vote of thanks at the closing of AGM.
